Anyone interested, I'm in the process of getting burned " ....should have researched it first ! " Any way - I actually read their Terms and Conditions. When I did not get the cd I forgot about it. I do not have record of getting a password or user ID let alone loggging in. But I GOT CHARGED ! Anyway, I found it interesting that when I asked (3x) for proof of login and use they did not provide me with any documentation. Even though the "Policy" states All access to the Online Resource Center is logged and stored by TSL. I'm still waiting for proof of usage. Because according to the Cancellation Policy "money paid for membership is not refundable after the customer has logged into the site." Like I said I do not recall a user name / password or logging in and I know I did not get a CD to use. So for anyone else who is in my "boat" I thought this bit of documentation to fall back on might help.
