The Sophisticated Cat First, it took more than two weeks to ship product. They don't answer the phone and don't return emails. When they finally did ship the product, they shipped wrong size and refused to remedy. Internet, Illinois
This retailer is horrible! I ordered tee shirts for my Sphinx cat and was so excited about my purchase. When I didn't recieve the items after two weeks (considering it was being shipped from Chicago to Michigan), I attempted to contact the retailer. I left several messages, since they do not answer their phone, and sent several emails but no reply. They finally replied to my email only after I threatened to dispute the transaction via PayPal that they would ship the item (meaning they just sat on my order for two weeks+). They did not apologize. When I finally received the item, I discovered that one of the shirts was the wrong size. Again, I called and left messages and sent emails, but they never replied. What a waste of money and time. Clearly, this company does not understand what customer service is and does not care.
