After having refunded the money on July 20th we have followed up with the family to verify that the funds had arrived back into their account. I spoke with Sam Stoneman and he verified that the funds were properly refunded. We do appologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused.

I have made multiple phone calls to The Spiderman Pest control and FINALLY got someone named Molly to help me. She said she submitted my refund yesterday *nearly a MONTH since I cancelled the service* I still have not seen anything back to my bank account...
