The Ultimate Facial I was charged $78.41 for the merchandise and I returned it and never got a fefund. Boulder, Colorado

I saw this product online, they charged me a $1.00 for the shipping charge. Two days later they charged me $78.41. I returned the package 17 days ago and never got a refund for it.
