The Ultimate lock, produced by Millennium Lock, Inc. has agreed to settle lawsuits alleging fraud and deception by misrepresenting the facts to investors. Ron & Sheila Daniels have agreed to pay settlements in order to avoid lawsuits but continue to screw creditors out of money they owe for services rendered. I hear they don't want the bad press right now, I wonder why? Most likely dreaming up another scam like the 2 failed businesses they had prior to Millennium Lock a/k/a The Ultimate Lock, Inc.
This past week they settled out of court for misleading investors and scamming money to start their business with Lowes Stores. While in Lowes Stores they have dropped the price of the antiquated Locks they had made in China in 2006 to 98.00 and in some cases they have dropped them lower to get rid of very old inventory collecting dust on Lowes shelves. Anyone who bought these worthless locks for 200. each are now furious and are demanding their money back. The Daniels are ignoring any and all calls for refunds. Don't think Lowes doesn't know about these 2 cretins because they do and it's well documented. Lowes continues to put worthless inventory on their shelves even though it does not sell, go figure, think someone is making some dough with these 2 crooks?
They continue to lead a lavish lifestyle with the money they scammed from investors and the authorities who are supposed to protect the public turn a deaf ear to their scams. Even while his old boss Trevino is being indicted in Harris County, this self proclaimed Captain of the Constables swares he did nothing wrong. He does this while buying expensive cars and art work for his home in Missouri City. I only hope the law will catch up with him and his criminal wife soon, we’ll see what happens as the heat is on now for these 2 creeps.
