I was a customer at the Ultimate tan and med spa and recently cancelled my package and got a refund....I would suggest that everyone else does too...they are going out of business and closing all locations due to some serious lawsuits and licensing issues....The person behind all of the lawsuit Ronnie Swyers....He is a thief....go get your money....
