Ordered several apple trees on 5/5/2017. Promptly received my receipt in email and my credit card was charged. Waited a week and didn't hear anything on when my product would be shipped. Emailed the customer service address. No response. Called the nursery and received a message stating that they would not be able to take my call and to leave a message. Their mailbox is full. Found numerous recent entries on ripoffreport for the same behavior.
