I saw the products offered by this company on Facebook and decided to purchase one of their clocks for a friend's birthday. Placed the order on 9/14/2016 and received a confirmation email hat stated a shipping email would follow. After 2 weeks I contacted the company via the confirmation email. The contact link on their website is broken. I did get a reply stating that they were having some shipping delays. At this time, the friend's birthday had passed. I requested a refund and was told that it was too late to get a refund. The refund policy on their website states that refunds are granted within 30 days. I pointed this out in my next email and they still refused to grant a refund, provide a shipping date estimate, or any other way to provide customer service. I've reported this transaction to my credit card company. It may take up to 60 days to recoup my payment.

Did you ever find anything out? I have also ordered from this company and received nothing as well as no contact info for them.
