 I ordered a vinyl spirited away clock from The Variety Shop on July 22, 2016. It is now September 27, 2016 and still don't have my order. Kevin Parady is the person who would respond to my emails. He always gives me vague information. Never has given me a ship date. I don't understand how come he can't provide a ship date or something. I even tried to cancel my order and requested credit and no response. Recently I have asked for an update on my order and he has not responded. They charged my card $64.00. I want my money back or my clock.
