This company will not cover claims. They make excuses like this is not covered because the A/C tech may have done something that isn't covered.
What a crock. I had an A/C problem, turns out the A/C was 3.31 lbs. low on refirgerant. The people I bought the house from spent $500.00 to cover this home for one year per our sales contract and this company won't pay it because the tech had to leave do to other appointments.
Here in FL A/C techs are slammed in the summer.
Whatever you do DO NOT buy or allow the seller of your new home buy a contract with this company. They don't cover what they say.

We purchased a service plan with this company several years ago and other than having a problem finding someone to service our ASKO dishwasher, they have been very good at taking care of our service problems. Over the years, they handled service calls for the dishwasher (at least 3 times), our refrigerator and down-draft range and we can only recommed them based on our experience.
