The Webstaurant Store BEWARE - 30% RESTOCKING FEE Lancaster Pennsylvania
I purchased Anchor Hocking 5 0z. Beer Flight Taster Shot Glasses from the webstaurant through amazon.com. The glasses were never used and are still in the original packaging. I requested a return authorization from the company and now they want to charge a 30% restocking fee.
The return policy was not posted on the amazon.com site. If it had been posted I would have never done business with the company. It should have been posted as such "There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returned items".
I am very dissatisfied with the company and with their customer service department. I will never do business with thiem again.
I believe this is why their prices are so low. They make up for low prices by charging the unsuspecting public a 30% restocking fee on returned items.
