In 2002 I purchased windows from The Window Pros company. The windows were fine until this year 2014.When I tried to contact them, to have the broken window and screens repaired as stated in my life time warranty. To my surprise they were nowhere to be found. Gone and no word on how to get repairs. I hope someone will join me in a class action suit against these people. I see on the rip off report I am not the only person who has been cheated by this company.
