The Yale Clinic Huntington Medical ClinicPhysicians ED Center Rick Neiswonger- serial fraudster now defrauding patients! Huntington Medical Clinc. Physicans ED Center Florida
Richard Neiswonger - a notorious serial fraudster and prison bound convicted felon is embedded into "Huntington Medical Clincs" "The Yale Clinic" and "Physicians ED Centers" and is using telemarketing to call and solicit patients . He is banned by the FTC for life from doing this due to his long history of fraud but is directing it still from Behind the scenes using a call center in Maitland Fl. . Please take the time to research this man- he disguises his name as "Niswonger" and "Rick N" and now has a serial pattern of opening up and changing the names quickly of ED Clinics,defrauding his patients with deceptive advertising techniques, entangling doctors and vendors in these clinics By not revealing his past through misspelling his name and through trickery. Physicians ED Center was recently feature in a newspaper Expose in Cinn OH for defrauding patients and the reporter almost got to the real hidden story wrapped around Neiswonger. This man has caused countless people suffering through financial swindling and is now damaging the reputation of medical clinics. He has no business in healthcare and will return to prison soon- but in the interim we need your help to stop this fraud. Please call the FTC, invite media to expose him, do something to protect doctors and patients alike that are becoming victims to this man. Whatever you do - do not visit any of the above listed clinics. He is involved with James Byrd- a lawyer that has lied to the courts about his involvement in these companies (a typical pattern Neiswonger has used in the past - hiding behind corrupt attorneys ) . Please take notice that The Yale Clinic (“Plaintiff”) initiated an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – The Yale Clinic, LLC v. Reviewer, case number A1504905 – due to allegedly false statements made by the defendant on various websites, including Ripoff Report. The action is one for defamation per se, defamation, tortious interference with existing economic and/or business relationships, and tortious interference with prospective economic and/or business relationships.
