I ordered a LCD screen for my Nokia phone from the Y'all store in June of 2009.   I installed the screen and it worked fine until late September 2009.   I contacted the Y'all Store ( www.yallstore.com ) about a replacement once it went dead, I did not expect a replacement screen, but they approved a replacement screen for my phone after I sent them pictures and whatever else they needed.   I sent the screen in with tracking etc to this address:

They received the screen at the beginning of October.   On October 15th I believe they informed me that my shipment had been received and that they were shipping me a new screen.  

About a week passed and I had not received the replacement screen, so I decided to check the tracking number on my order.   I discovered that the screen had been shipped to Ohio, and I am in Tennessee.   As far as I know this tracking number was for a legitimate order someone else had made.   At this point, I contacted the Y'ALL store about the problem.   They said once they received the screen back they would reship it to me.   I was patient and thought about for a few days, then decided that this was the wrong answer, I do not know anyone that lives in Ohio, nor do I have an address there, this is not my fault at all.   In addition, what do they think I am trying to defraud them for a phone screen?   Therefore, I went back and forth with their absolutely lousy email customer service, who are very incompetent.   I had at least 10 emails over the next week with them about my phone screen, asking to have a manager contact me, asking for a phone call about the situation, asking for resolution.   They kept stringing me along saying that "once they received it back" from someone I don't know in Ohio "then they'll send the screen to me".   

Now almost a month has passed and I am still dealing with the same incompetent answers from their email customer service.   No one is passing my information along to a manager as far as I can tell.   I have not been contacted by anyone, especially who is willing to resolve my issue.   None of their phone numbers have anyone to answer and certainly do not have an answering machine.   I have finally gotten some poor sorry individual via chat.   Youve got chat, but you cant answer the phone????   I have not received the replacement screen, for which I shipped in the screen which was a lemon that they originally sent to me and the now have.   I have not found any of their customer service people able to assist me.   Everything evidently goes into a cue and is not checked by a manager.  

IF YOU WANT LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ARE GOING TO HELP YOU, BUT DONT, AND/OR YOU WANT A PRODUCT THAT IS CHEAP AND WILL BREAK IN A FEW MONTHS.   THEN GO TO THE YALL STORE, WWW.YALLSTORE.COM .   THEYLL BE HAPPY TO ANTAGONIZE YOU, SEND YOUR STUFF TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, SEND YOU AN ITEM THAT WILL BREAK IN A FEW MONTHS, AND RIP YOU OFF/GIVE YOU PROBLEMS.  

Finally I spoke to Alex as I was writing this letter, which I constantly posted in our chat.   He said they would reship to me and gave me a tracking number, but I feel that this was way too much to have to do to get a lousy replacement screen.
