I chose this company to ship my Porsche Boxster from Miami, FL to Long Island, NY. I walked around the entire car from top to bottom with their driver as we marked off the condition report before I handed it over.
Upon delivery, my car had suffered HUGE, DEEP, scratches into the front bumper, caused by it obviously rubbing up against something for the entire trip. We immediately called them and they refused to provide any help at all. They will not provide a refund, credit, or even address the issue. We sent them photos of what happened, and they will not acknowledge. They have a 'F' rating on the Better Business Bureau and multiple reports on ripoff report.
PLEASE, stay away from them and make sure you tell anyone you care about who is looking to ship a vehicle to avoid this business at all costs. They are a complete and total SCAM. Hopefully, with enough of these complaints they will cease doing business. Unfortunately for them, we have lawyers in the family who would love to make sure that someone like this does not take advantage of people again.
