Ordered what appeared to be new merchandise. When called to confirm order was transferred to salesperson who tried to sell memory and a case. When refused said product was refurbished. He claimed there was an RB to indicate refurbished on the web page. Said could sell me new camera with memory and case for a great deal. When insisted on new phone at advertized price he said he was cancelling the order. Don't know if card was charged yet.
