TheHairNetwork (Glamourlace Wigs) Glamourlace Wigs Stole my money, never sent product, poor customer service Internet
I bought 2 stock lace wigs from The Hair Network (Glamourlace Wigs) and I received them. I wanted a 3rd wig, but this time I wanted a custom wig with longer length, color, and size. The company owner, Cathy Nedd, advised me of what wig I should order and sent me several emails regarding my options.
I felt comfortable after talking with Cathy Nedd and placed my order. I paid in full through Paypal in 11/2009. I received a confirmation from Paypal & Cathy Nedd. After 2 months, I called Cathy Nedd and she advised me my wig would be sent out soon and she'd call me back. She never called or emailed me and now avoids all of my calls. I have sent letters, emails, left voicemails, etc.
I will NEVER order anything from The Hair Network or its affiliates Glamourlace Wigs and My Lace Wig Store EVER again!!!!!!
They stole my $700 and gave me nothing. I later found out online that they have done this to other consumers as well. This company and CATHY NEDD are thieves!
