THE LOTTER is an excellent website claiming to be a U.S. company but in fact it is based as an Israeli/Cypriot operation for tax reasons.
It allows users to bet on many worldwide lotteries albeit at a massive premium.
However what they do not tell you is that your details are NOT PRIVATE and are given to anyone wanting to know their customer details.
theLotter gets you hooked with more discounts the more you play via Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum stages and like myself over 6 months you enjoy and spend more but with a small return AND then unexpectedly one day your PERSONAL DETAILS are shared with all!
