Theous Corporation Rip-Off Not Completing Contract Not Responding To Phone Calls/Emails Los Angeles California
I signed a contract with Jeremy Brooks [email protected] Direct Line 1-319-208-7693 for a Sophea Real Estate system on November, 9 2005. Jeremy indicated to us when the contract was agreed with Sophea/Theous that our site would be completed in four months. It has been about a year and we have not seen a conclusion to our website. At the time we submitted the information required for the website the programmer Manager Winnie and programmer Brian were doing excellent work. Then when Sophea changed over to Theous as the new webdesigners/programmers that's when the problem began. Upon making contact to know Theous it was indicated to us that our project would be assigned to a new programmer named Yuri.
I requested to know if they had all the information that was requested to continue and finish this project. And the answer was yes. Two weeks went by and no progress was made on our site. I contacted Albert Polomo by phone and he transferred me to Karen. I waited on the phone and she never responded. I emailed Karen several times and received no response. After constant calling and e-mailing I received a responce from Karen. When I finally spoke to her she indicated a new programmer that was assigned to my project was not familiar with Perl programming and they would have to change over to PHP format for the programming. I indicated to her that it would be agreeable as long as it did not interfere with our site features. Karen indicated that we would receive updates within a week and we got no response. I requested that my son who is in charge of my computer work and maintenance to call and e-mail and he has not received any response from Theous.
I called on September, 26.2006 and asked for Karen and they indicated that she would call back and up to know I have not received a response. We have called and e-mailed Albert Palomo and no response. As of today October, 7, 2006 we have not received any type of response from Theous.
