I ordered a "survival trekking pole" on 8/17/20. They sent me to paypal to pay for it. Then they sent me a confirmatory email with a link to track the item. Except it wasn't a tracking number, it sent a text to my phone with a link to open. I was suspicious, so I emailed them and asked for the tracking number by email. From here the communications resembled the Nigerian Prince scams. They replied, "We have shipped your order already.
but it will take 1-2 days to get the tracking number as all the logistic companies are facing delays." Seriously? Have you ever heard of logistics causing delays in providing a tracking number? Now I knew they were a fake company. I called the contact number on their web site and it went to a voicemail that was full or not set up yet. I emailed again and they said they would have the tracking number in one more day for sure.
Then they emailed a ridiculously long string of numbers and claimed it was a UPS tracking number. Of course, UPS had no such tracking number. I noticed some other sketchy looking web sites also selling this trekking pole, so be careful not just with this site, but others selling this product. I think it's all the same ripoff company with multiple sites.

Terribly sorry I filed this report. I received the merchandise after all.
It seemed as though something shady was going on for all the reasons in my report, especially when the tracking number didn't work on either USPS or UPS. But then the item arrived as promised and was just what I ordered, so this merchant is legitimate, I am pleased, and I would order from them again.
