Thermospace Thermospace is a huge RIPOFF Warren Michigan
BEWARE! Check all the complaints on BBB before you buy from these guys, they sell mainly on EBAY and online. Offering discount prices on HVAC units that are JUNK!
I bought a Mini Split system that worked for several months and when I filed a warranty claim that is when I found out how bad they really are. It took a MONTH to get parts ( No A/C in the summer!) and that didn't fix the problem. Erik would not return a call to the technician to diagnose the problem and I was being charged each time the tech came out.
I ended up buying a new Trane system from a local company, in hindsight I should have done that in the beginning.
I have made numerous attempts to get a refund and They will not return emails or calls, my last resort is to report them to every agency out there and hope nobody buys from them.
