thetruthspy I added the tracking service so I tried The Truth Spy ,thetruthspy.com, and it was a horrible purchase experience. I signed up with my credit card and paid the $20 fee for their gold membership, - they never turned on the features I paid for and for Bad support and service so far .. all features are not working not sure - Internet
Nothing worked so far and no feedback to all tickets have been submitted to support ..- my computer started getting spam messages and alerts. Do not waste your time with this spy software or service .

was in search of a cell phone tracking service so I tried The Truth Spy (thetruthspy.com) and it was a horrible purchase experience. I signed up with my credit card and paid the $20 fee for their gold membership, and though they charged my card - they never turned on the features I paid for. Then I sign up using their Pay Pal feature and all the features were activated but still very very full of glitches.
What works well is the SMS feature and call record - but pictures, video, Facebook never work. Then I find out today that the target phone started getting spam messages and alerted the employee I was investigating. Do not waste your time with this service because I have yet to hear from their customer service regarding my refund or serivces issues!
