however, i will note others who have defrauded me or betrayed my confidence.
Between ebay and paypal holding up thousands of dollars in sales off mine from ebay, i am in dire financial straights right now.
also, Host services of America defrauded me of over $750.00 which Suntrust Bank is investigationg for me.
I have ended up homeless and sleeping in my car, on the streets and having no food and gas for the better part of the last 2 months.
I am using the Gwinnett library in Lawrenceville Ga and hoping to get into a christian shelter here. However, after today and for 40 days, i will have no mobile or internet access to make money and i have zero cash.
on top of that i am being sued by a rich creep by the name of PAUL, who cheated me out of thousands of dollars for speaking the truth on rippoffreport.com.

i have no attorney and need help to get one- the case is in Gwinette County on March 31st.
My best friend who i have given thousands of dollars to, especially Jan Warner, betrayed me also.
I apologize but i am desperate and have an unusual request that I hope mike johnson will OK.

I am the Davey Crockett (and kevin michael m) who posted some very nasty and hurtful comments about Paul (who is now President of Global Energy) regarding my experiences at Thinks Resources. I made several postings on this site.
Since my last posting of March 17,2011, I have personally met Paul and found him to be a man of great accomplishments who is also very kind and caring. I have apologized to him for the hurt and damage to his reputation that I have caused him.
I now believe that Paul was on vacation in the Caribbean when my commissions were to be paid;That particular division (Fast Staff Accounting) was closed down prior to his return and the records were either lost or deleted due to a beauracratic mistake or computer glitch.
Again, I apologize and retract these prior postings as Davey Crockett.Also, I have suffered from manic and bipolar issue for which I am currently being treated at Gwinnett Medical Center. I would also like to thank the Quinn House in Lawrenceville, GA and the Safe House in downtown Atlanta for helping me during a period of homelessness in Atlanta, GA. This experience has softened my heart and enriched my life; I would not trade it for anything.
I am a born again Christian who has a great love for the Jewish people and the black homeless men who helped me on the streets of Atlanta. Only love conquers hate and forgiveness heals anger and bitterness. I thank my Lord, Jesus Christ, who has guided me on my journey of enlightenment. My best to Paul, his family, friends, business partners, and Luke at Bryan Cave.
