Email sent to PayPal:

Vintage Kenwood stereo was shipped in perfect working order. Fedex #772810343116 fully insured with signature required. Signed for by T. Buncombe on 2/12/15 @ 12:33pm with no comments (of damage). P/P Claim filed 2/18 (6 days after delivery) with no prior contact from buyer.

Buyer has stated "item not as described", and "doesn't work" with no specific details. He has not supplied pictures of any damage to shipping box or stereo itself. I am original owner of this vintage stereo and it had zero issues when shipped. If there was damage incurred during shipping, the buyer needs to clarify in detail exactly what is "damaged" and provide pictures of any damage to shipping box and the stereo itself, and save all packaging also so there can be a claim filed with fedex.

Email to Ebay;

Please, for the Ebay Community's safety, this transaction needs to be documented and buyer banned from the site.

This claim was decided in Buyers favor on 2/26/15 which is unconscionable, unethical, amoral, immoral, unprincipled, indefensible, unforgivable and wrong. I shipped a vintage Kenwood stereo to him in Maryland, fully insured with adult signature required. The buyer (2 feedback) signed for the package himself, he made no mention of any damage to box. He waited 6 days before filing a P/P claim without first contacting me (to date he has not made contact).

He also refuses to take pictures of the "damaged stereo" or shipping materials which is Fedex's minimum requirement for paying a claim. I spoke with a Fedex Rep for all the specific requirements, if buyer refuses to supply pictures or allow inspection, I don't get reimbursed.

Basically, I've been robbed, 1st by the buyer and now it seems by Paypal for making such a ludicrous decision.

A vintage electronic stereo that was insured, signed for when delivered, but a claim not initiated

for 6 days, along with buyer having 2 feedback (I've been on Ebay for 12 years),  refuses to cooperate and take pictures or allow Fedex to inspect item or packaging is clearly not above board nor even close to being reasonable, but nonetheless PayPal decides in his favor.

It's clear to me what is transpiring here, blatant theft and sadly the PayPal Support Team is

supporting this activity.

Please help me in any way you can.

Signed
