I worked as the VP of Operations for Thomas Crain last September 2015. He started owing me money on January 2016. I stopped working for him March of this year because he was so behind my pay.
He will make promises on a daily basis which basically includes ''today/tomorrow/friday'' when asked about when he will send the pay. He makes it looks like he is doing everything to pay you but then again, you end up waiting for nothing when ''today/tomorrow/Friday'' comes.
He sends me money only when he is in the mood. Sometimes $27.23, sometimes $23, he even sent me $8 the last time, and told me ''You said I was a moron, you are right, I couldn't find enough zeros for your pay.'' He owe me $800 and he sent me $8!
Everytime I ask him for my money, he calls me a liar, a b****, a w**** and tells me ''I will send your pay on Friday so go pound tar and wait like the dog you are.'' My mother was in the hospital and I was begging him to send me my money for her hysterectomy and he sent me $20.23 saying ''this should buy you noodles and a pint of blood.'' He is CRUEL AND AN A****** AT THE SAME TIME, and I'm sure anyone will cringe at the bad words he says everytime I ask for MY MONEY!
THOMAS, do not reply to this thread saying you have PAID ME ALL THE TIME, like you always say, because you HAVE NOT!! You have had me waiting for MONTHS!!! I worked hard for that money, STOP LYING AND GIVING EMPTY PROMISES AND GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! You have said you ALWAYS PAY over and over again and you already have yourself believing that lie, but reality is, YOU STILL OWE a lot of us!!!! You are feeding your children food that you bought using OUR MONEY, MONEY THAT WE ALREADY WORKED FOR MONTHS AGO!
I will continously upload our conversation screenshots here, and tell your wife stop pretending she is helping me because she is NOT!! She keeps saying she ''is asking you about my pay'' then disappears and ignores my messages for days, and then reply back again and just says she will be ''asking you for my pay'' again. You guys have had me waiting FOR 8 MONTHS!!!
My name is Rizza M and I can provide screenshots of our conversations to prove how much of a LIAR and a THIEF this man is. You have always been paid by your clients BEFORE you deliver their order, there is no reason why you would have to ''wait for the funds to come in'' to be able to pay us for work done months ago!!!STOP SENDING ME CHANGE AND PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE IN FULL!!

I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS, HE ACTUALLY PAID ME! JUST WHAT HE ALWAYS PROMISED... WE BOTH FORGAVE EACH OTHER FOR EVERYTHING, AND WE WILL BE MOVING ON.. I UNDERSTAND BUSINESSES ACTUALLY GO THROUGH TOUGH TIMES FINANCIALLY, AND HE DID HIS BEST TO PAY ME THE SOONEST TIME HE POSSIBLY COULD, AND I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT!!

UPDATE: Still no word from this liar/thief. Nothing was sent to my PayPal, and he still continues to ignore all emails from me. THOMAS CRAIN, Scammer Extraordinaire, STOP SCAMMING AND ROBBING PEOPLE!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

After blocking me on his email, I sent him messages asking for the pay using my other email, and he responded again with yet another name calling and promises.
