Complaint Review: Thomas Dixon & Associates - Houston Texas

This statement made by the ex-employee is straight out Wrong and Bogas Information! He has no evidence nor do he have any legs to stand on. This is a battle he will not win, there are police filings against him at this moment! Both from us and our client. He is attempting to discredit our Company Thomas Dixon & Associates, This business has been in Operation for over 8 years. Jeffrey Wilson is an alias name used under Cletus Samples. We have contacted all of our clients about this situation and the back and forth on slandering our Company! 

We run a business of Integrity and Straight forwardness! We have shown our clients what we are about and the satisfaction from them shows what we say we do! Don't be mislead by these statements as there is not validity to it! He is mad and upset for the Termination and that his performance was unsatisfactory! He stole files from us, which we have a legal case against him. Roschell Ward and Antonio Thomas has conducted themselves with integrity to the many companies it service. We will uphold our ground to what we are saying here. And don't be mislead by this slanderous person! He will have his Day!!!!

First off... this report, or complaint is a Fraud within itself. If you notice, of the thousands of people the firm TDA deals with on a weekly basis, you only see this comment from an ex-employee who is trying to appear to be someone else. An employee who allegedly saw all these actions taking place and left. As for this alledged law firm (Livingston, Collins, and Wilson) who supposedly contacted people; it is a Fraud as well, and can be easily verified by calling the number listed on it's boot leg website. If you are lucky to even reach anyone, try asking for a bar nmuber, and if they do give you one check it out with the state bar association... there is no such Law Firm as Livingston, Collins, and Wilson. This person left TDA because he was under suspicion for theft . This person Jeffery Wilson has been trying to call our clients and our clients' clients in an effort to discredit TDA and in an effort to Solicite business to his firm from TDA. This Jeffery Wilson, whose REAL NAME is Cletus Sample; has several current cases against him... one of which was filed by TDA, and the other 2 were filed by Clients of TDA, whose files Mr. Jeffery Wilson/Cletus Sample downloaded to a flash drive and stole. This ex-employee as he calls himself in this poorly written complaint is facing multiple felony theft charges.
In closing, I would like to again point out the fact that of all the thousands of people that TDA deals with on legal issues, there is only this one alleged complaint.  How likely is that, with all of the ALLEDGED fraud this company is doing that there is only one complaint. And again, this comes from an ex.employee. TDA has a great reputation, it has never been under any investigation, its clients speak highly of it, and in fact a large number of it's new clients come by way of referal. TDA's clients have not wavered in their commitment to us, because we have proven results, and they not once failed to receive any monies owed to them. Be intelligent, do your research, and ascertain the truth... don't just accept a person's word at face value... isn't that how we are so often mislead and tricked???!!!!!
