Thomas Hodkin of Stargate.Cafe refuses to accept the chargeback Capital One did on my behalf after I returned the broken item. After much investigation, Capital One returned my funds out of their own pocket!

Stargate.cafe sent me an antique clock that arrived broken. Thomas Hodkin AKA Stargate.Cafe AKA Stargate.Cafe.co.UK continues to fight with Capital One concerning a chargeback I did after returning the broken clock. This has been in dispute with my credit card company, Capital One, for 6 months. He coninues the dispute by lying and maniputating Capital One. The fact is the Ebay item arrived broken and was returned to him. Stargate.Cafe is bad news.

This merchant , Thomas Hodkin of Stargate Cafe, sent the item to the wrong address, an address other than what was on Pay Pal's transaction detail. The item was supposed to be a Wedding Present for my son which he knew, but Mr. Hodkin still sent it to me in Co. rather than to Tenn. as directed. I had to forward the package on for an additional $75 and when it arrived broken, had to incur an additional $75 to have it sent back to the UK. No refund! I have now paid $150 shipping on top of the $417 for the broken item. Stargate Cafe ripped me off and I am thankful to be able to tell the world via RipOffReport.com!
