Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First let me say, I'm not in foreclosure.   My bank attempted to foreclose me in the past.  Back, in 2010.

The first part of the scam goes like this.  I was contacted by Bobby at Client Processing Center in late December as they said they noticed some unusual activity in my file.  I paid them $800 for a fraud document that I was to take to Tom Luzzi who siad he would provide me court ready documents.

I contacted Tom, paid him $4,500 to process my papers that were supposed to be court ready.  Tom alledged that my case was worth 3 times my mortgage amount.  Not only was the documents received not court ready, the judge actually thought I wrote them they were so poorly written.  The documents provided did not conform to Federal Rule 8.

I notified Tom of this and he said he would get his alledged processor to redue the forms.  I told him the deadline and never received either the forms or word from Tom.

Tom claims to have cancer is his claim and can't take calls yet he'll say in emails he's going to talk to the processor that day.  Strange eh?

I gave him an extra week even to produce the correct documents and never did.  I am now trying to get a full refund from him but he won't return my calls or emails.  Total scam artist.  Stay away from him.  He never follwos up with you.  I had to stay on him even to get hte bogus paperwork.  I should have known when the papers received weren't even on the right summons form that it was bogus.  So many red flags. He's not an attorney nor is the processor clearly as the documents received were not court ready.

Stay away from Tom and or his fraud line of business.
