Thomas Patrick Ratz took a huge down payment from me for a stamped concrete patio. He dug a shallow hole, filled it with recycled concrete that was not to code, halfway installed conduit that was not to code, then disappeared. He has not offered to return my money and will not return calls. He has been sued by dozens of other people, and gets away with it each time. If you see him, run away.
