My son bought a phone from one plus for me for my birthday,March 2015..It didn't work properly then.I tried to return it but they said it was past the 15 days.I tried to tell them it was just delivered. It was my 1 st day to have the phone.

We went round and round to no avail.I kept the phone,and went to AT&T they tried tofixit by changing the new sim cardsome how it worked.it wasn't great but at least it worked.

I have tried to have it fixed several times by one plus  every time I try I get the runaround.They either cancel my request or they say it has been fixed.then they tell me I need to open a new complant.this takes several more days.

When they finlly say OK they will send me a shipping label it never arrives. Now they are blaming it on AOL.

I had to keep taking out the sim card and replacing it. The phone sounded like I was talking inside a tunnel. sometimes people couldn't understand me at all. i tried everything without 100% sucess.more like 50%.Sometmes I could get it to work sometimes not. 

I put up with this phone for 10 months.I have friends that will not call me because if my phone.

Now I'm trying to return it to be reoaired.I'm getting the runaround aagain.They will send you a shipping lable but it won't be from the USA,it's a Germany label and only good in Germany.So round and round we go again,STALL tactics all over again.They get our money and then customer service does everything to get you so mad that you will not reture your phone.

I asume they are trained that way.at least it seams that way tome.I've asked to speak to a supervisor several times to no avail.

today after waiting four moer days they said my ticket has been canceled.Really? Why? my phone still isn't fixed.

I have it sitting in a return box ready to ship.when I ask them to just give me ad address I'll pay for the return label they say they can't do that.So they want me to wait again 24  to 48 hours for the return label to be e mailed to me.It never seems to end..

Don't buy one of these phones..!! they won't fix it or stand by there warentee, at least thats what I've epreienced..

Do not buy anything form them there customer service can't help you..
