Thomas Sherwood Agency William Stevens Took my money did not get me a modification & won't return my calls Seffner, Florida
Signed a contract with Sherwood Agency in March of 2010. Was turned down three time by my lender only to be told by Sherwood law that I would not lose my house. Well thats not all Im losing. I also lost my 3000 from Sherwood law firm. They won't return my calls ( and when I finally got through to the branch manager ( Bill Stevens ) he seemed apauld that his employees did not call me back LOL ( neither does he) I have been intouch with a couple of news show and they are interested in this whole modification scandal. I will be sure to report Thomas J Sherwood agency first. Juan Pacheco is another charmer, he will yes you to death untill you hang up. Then try getting him again.

The only way to get you money back is to file a complaint with the FL Bar. Also post this under the law office of thomas j sherwood so you can help other people not get scammed.
