I was lied to several times by damerow Ford, when I bought a used car. They told me, I was getting $8,500 for my trade in. low blue booked at $10,000 now I'm finding out they only Gave me $6000 for my truck and added the $3600 of negative equity to the Car I was buying. I went in there and tried to resolve the matter the Pretty much told me to get lost. Is there anything I can do about this? Also they haven't paid off my trade yet, I signed papers on Jan. 17 2004 as of today fed 2 2004 they have not paid off my trade in. I'm getting calls from gmac on the truck I traded in. I told them Damerow ford has it. Also I checked Damerow fords website and guess what they have my trade in for sale. They are advertising it for sale on the net. How can your dealership do this? They have yet TO PAY IT OFF. IM wondering are they planning on paying my trade in off. It's only been 18 days now. The payment on the car I traded in, was due Jan 26 2004. I'm still waiting for them to pay off the car. Thank you for your help. I hope you can help me; I am very, very, very upset with these people. This is my fourth ford vehicle I have purchased. I this is the kind off dealerships that represent ford motor company. I'm truly appalled. It sickens me to think you allow your dealership to treat costumers like this. And allowing your sales people to lie to consumers. Also Your Finance manager wayne simmons is the cream of the crop. This guy needs some training on costumers service he is the biggest liars yet. I do not think one person at your dealership has been honest to me yet. I got a call from the sales manager asking what the problem was. I told him He did not even apologies for my poor treatment. He was trying to feed me a line of bull, on that I didn't get a bad deal, Roger that. Okay now to the Internet special price on my trade in. asking 12995.95 but on internet special for the low price of only 10,826.00 how what a saving. Lets see you gave me um $6000.00 trade in. minus 10,000 that's only making $4826.00 wow I did get a good deal. How can you afford to pay all you people when you are only making $4826.00 on my trade in. I wonder how much you made on the truck I bought. IS THERE ANY REASON I SHOULD BE A BIT FRUSTERATED. I mean nothing like making $6000.00 on one customer and lying to them and telling him he is paying $12000.00 for the rig he is buying. And they are giving him $8500.00 for his trade in. IF I knew I was being lied to I would have paid closer attention to the contract. What's $6000.00 You car salesman earned It for all you do for us.

I dont recall I ever saying I used the internet sales department. the only reason these poeple gave in to my demands, is because I put a fraud warning on my credit report. and every time they tried to push through financing the crediters had to call me personally. I told them on the phone that I didnt want credit throught them. damerow did this 3 times. finally they ran out of pre-approvals. and had to resighn a contract with me. It wasnt out of the goodness of there heart or that they didnt want customer complaints. they didnt care. It was because I forced them, they had no other alternative. what ever these poeple say "Damerow" these are the facts. They did not give me what ever I wanted. All I got was what I origanally agreed to in the first place.

This individual never used the internet department to purchase a vehicle. I went to my General Manager and this matter was resolved a month ago. He was given everything he demanded to make him happy. Please remove the slander on your sight. It is not a true incident.
