Thompson Inc VCR/DVD DRC 8335 Defective El Paso Texas
I seem to be one of many who have the same problem with Thompson Inc. My problem sounds like all the others , They will not process my refund and their stock answer seemes to be 6 to 8 weeks sir.
How can we get justice ? What buttons do we have to push ? I have contacted RCA customer Svs still no responce, I have faxed Thompson threatning law suit for Bad Faith DRC 8335 is a piece of Crap and they wont respond, where do we go frm here ? how do er get our money back ?
