After posting this on Tuesday of last week, I tried contacting the company 5 times on Tuesday afternoon. I could not even get someone to answer the phone. I also copied my report on here and emailed it to them. I took matters into my own hands. I called the bank and explained the situation. They immediately credited the money back to my account and will be dealing with Thoroughbred directly. The wheels finally arrived on Thursday (from two different places) in which the body shop refused them and they were returned to sender. SO my wheels were in TN on Monday but they didn't arrive until Thursday? Yeah right. On Friday morning I received a call from John, the owner, wanting to take care of everything. He also emailed me this morning asking me to make a note on here that he did contact me. So here is my note. Yes, he contacted me. 4 DAYS AFTER I ASKED FOR A RESOLUTION. I simply wanted proof that my wheels had been shipped. After everything I read on here, and seeing that they had 9 complaints to the Better Business Bureau within the past 12 months, I had my doubts. A tracking number isn't something difficult to provide. My theory? My wheels were not shipped until I started raising hell. Regardless, the situation was not handled in any sort of business-like manner.
