Back on 9-11 I ordered a sunroof motor for my Volvo, it's now 10-8 and I have not received it. The charge showed up on my visa card and I can't make contract with them.

Check the Rip off Reports for Bardino Motors and S & J Auto Parts. They are all located at 40 Excelsior Ave, Saratoga Springs. The owners are listed as either John or Charles Bardino. In some of the Rip off Reports there are records of consumers ordering from S & J Auto Parts but their charge card billed to Bardino Motors. "Chuckie" Bardino denies any connection as I'm sure a man who owns a 27 foot yacht named "EMPTY POCKETS" bought with yours, mine and hundreds of other peoples money that was robbed from them and you. They took $6,000 from my daughter and she never received a part or refund. My daughter went throught the Attorney General and still has not received her mony. My advice is to you notify the FBI. You might even try your local authorities to see if you can file interstate fraud charges. S & J Auto parts owned (supposedly by John Bardino) went bankrupt, however Thoroughbred Auto Parts at the EXACT same address and Bardino Motors at the EXACT Same address and the owner of Bardino MOtors is Charles Bardino. Well... if you want to believe they are not connected?????? CAll the FBI. These guys are scam artists becoming millionaires and laughing at all of us. They don't even deny cheating people out of their money. Bardino motors sells luxury cars.
