Thrifty propane scam, theft, stealing Geneva Ohio
Buyer extremely beware in north east Ohio. These people will steal your money!!!! Ordered propane and a tank two months ago, the day after I ordered they withdrew my payment of over 1200 dollars. They scheduled my propane delivery a month later. Two days before my delivery date they called and said they lost their driver and would have to delay my delivery for two more weeks. They asked me to take the day off of work to be there for the installation of the tank.
I called the day before the delivery to make sure it was still on the books and I couldn't get ahold of any one. I left messages and call back numbers. Finally I was able to Internet chat with a representative and they said the tank would be delivered today. Well no tank was delivered and no one has returned my calls. Do not buy from them!!! Starting tomorrow I will be evaluating what my next legal actions will be. Again buyer beware, these people will steal your money!!!!!

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. I don't know if it was the post to multiple forums or not but they final called me back from there corporate office and will be crediting my account for the inconvenience and lack of communication. And the tank will be at my house in a couple hours.
