Female Sexist organization - #MeToo mentality - They Practice age and gender discrimation - Current female leader got rid of all male employees and any other employee's that disagrees with her.
This had been reported earlier here on this Rip Off site by apparently a male who tried to get a job there. Being a female, I was interested, because I had a male friend who was going to apply however discovered that this conservation district is having some internal staffing and managment problems and is apparently under investigation by some of the board members and the Washington State Conservation Commission.
Looks like this problem has been going on for years and I did a search in the local Olympian newspaper and found articles going back to 1999-2001. It appeas that they have very high staff salaries and benifits with little oversight. This is the kind of government waste that is ripe for a Rip Off Report.
Approach this organization with caution!
