We are from Vietnam.
We face similar matter as Philippine & Egypt.
Tianjin Sbarter received our deposit without shipment.
They even did ot show us cargo when we visited them in Tianjin, China.
Manager is Hui Shen Yang. He is bad guy & Tianjin Sbarter is a big cheater in China.
We are translating into Chinese version of documents & report it to Tianjin police soon.
