Ticket Fulfillment Services Deceived and Disappointed by Ticket Fulfillment Services!! Tulsa OK - Oklahoma
I purchased 2 tickets in December 2016 to Swan Lake at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center for the March 26th performance. I have purchased performance tickets before, but not through this company. My tickets usually come in the mail about two weeks before the performance. As I did not receive my tickets one week before the performance I started worrying. I could not get hold of Ticket Fulfillment Services via the phone no matter what time day or night I tried. This went on for about three days and I was getting more and more frantic. Finally, the day before the performance I was able to hear a recording saying that my tickets would be e-mailed to me. I went back through all of my e-mails. Nothing. I went back through two months of spam and trash. NOTHING. Upset is not the word I was feeling. I frantically tried on the computer all that week, entering my confirmation numbers into the computer with no results. It said my confirmation number was not correct. Finally I called The Tulsa Performing Arts center the day before the performance. He told me that I did not have tickets reserved and that the confirmation numbers I gave him were probably to scalpers. Long story short, I ended up having to purchase tickets again for $190, on top of the $342 I had already paid on my Citi credit card plus $10.90 for ticket insurance. My 10 year old grand daughter and I sat in the nose bleed section, couldn't see and had the very last two seats together in the auditorium for the last performance. The first time Swan Lake has come to Tulsa in 12 years and we got terrible seats and charged for tickets we could not access. This was very distrubing and disappointing. Do not use Ticket Fulfillment Service for any type of tickets!!!
