All these fictitious business names operate under one roof, from one office location at:

5716 Corsa Avenue, Westlake Village, CA 91362

Ticket Hit Man

Ticket Bust or Ticket Busters

Ticket Kick

Traffic Ticket Superhero

They also use many different website addresses but all roads lead to the same cesspool of dishonesty and greed.

Tickethitman.com

Ticketbust.com

Ticketbusters.com

Ticketkick.com

trafficticketsuperhero.com

Dismissspeedingtickets.com

bustmytrafficticket.com

They attempt to appeal to various genders and genres. Beware the multiple disguises of the con man. The more innocent victims they can con, the more money they’ll  RIP OFF!

That’s their only real guarantee!

Each “company” offers the same service but with slightly different rates. This makes them look like different companies, but it’s a shell game- a scam. They are all the same company.

One website claims “Our defense team is made up of seasoned traffic attorneys and law school grads to develop proven legal defenses for our customers”. In truth, it is run like a telemarketing operation with ignorant people on phones reading from scripts who don’t know anything about the local area the company serves, ignorant of the basic civic structure (as most law grads and attorneys would be) and clearly don’t anything about the traffic laws. They are not experts at anything except maybe their con game.

TicketHitMan.com claims it “provides superior traffic ticket experts”. In truth, employees are obviously predominantly of low education levels based on typical speech patterns and attitudes. Every employee I encountered either via phone or in person was obviously in late teens or early 20’s- young and immature. On the phone, they were overtly rude and inconsiderate of the customer. Little did I realize that by calling what I thought was a different company with a different toll free number that I was actually calling the same company.

Employees are taught to lie and mislead the customer in order to make the customer ineligible for the “promised” money back guarantee (MBG).

Read the other reviews on this website and others. I received similar treatment and was subject to very similar shady dealings.

I was told that I did not need to provide certain information which was clearly required by the court when I submitted my paperwork in person at the office. But they reassured me that they knew what they were doing and subtly discouraged me from leaving the bail amount with my paperwork. Then a few days later, they called me and said I needed to submit the BAIL amount in the form of check before paperwork could be sent to the court. Of course I could not deliver it immediately because of the short notice. I had to make a special trip to do so, thinking I would still meet the deadline for the MBG. I sincerely believe it was a calculated scam.

Apparently when I turned in my bail it was one day late accordingly to the fine print for refund eligibility (I realized later in retrospect)- but that depends who’s counting. A so-called manager refused to grant a refund, also reading from a script as to why I was not eligible for a refund. You can’t fight a voice on the phone. The only way to beat this scam is to avoid it and spread the word for other’s sake.

They did not help get my ticket dismissed, reduced, or even help request traffic school.

They told me from the beginning that I could always request traffic school even if I submitted a Trial by Written Declaration. Turns out that I needed to actually go to court to request traffic school because it could not be done by any other method once the TBD was submitted. They did not inform me of this, but I’m betting they knew it. They are the “experts”. Of course, this bogus service was willing to do it if I paid another $39 for a Trial de Novo and, believe it or not, another $XX to have them request traffic school for me.

That doesn’t count how much I’d have to pay the court for the actual Traffic School request. Of course, once I learned what a useless service they offered, I did the Trial de Novo myself and ended up asking for Traffic School.  In court, the police officer said there was NO WAY I’d ever get out of the type of red light ticket I got- EVER. [LA METRO ORANGE LINE NO TURN ON RED ARROW LIGHT]. So I simply asked the judge for traffic school. Too bad, I could have done this before handing over $239 to the scam artists.

OK, tell me the legal system kind of sucks too. But Ticket Hitman, or any of its other aliases, also knew I’d never get out of it- they’re the experts!- and still willingly took my money. Seriously, this is shady, avaricious business tactics.

RIP OFF!  RIP OFF!  RIP OFF!

I can’t stress it enough. DO NOT use any of these companies operating under these names.
