This company takes advantage of you while you're in a compromised position of trying to beat a traffic ticket--probably because you cannot afford it in the first place!  They make promises and gurantees that are not upheld, then try to put the blame on you.  Because I could not afford a speeding ticket, I decided to hire this company and, I should have known, it was a mistake. All they did was take my money, not telling me the guarantee would be void because there was not enough time between then and the court date. They got paperwork to court late, so I had a warrant out and am still fighting the DMV to get my license renewal that I had paid for but not received.  After I cleared up the warrant, I had to take my case to trial, without the Trial By Declaration this company was supposed to do. They did me NO good, whatsoever, but cost me $249 + mailings (2x) + warrant + hold on renewing my DL.  Not sure what else yet, but do NOT use them; they have refused to refund any money, even though this was 90% their fault for getting the bail to the court after the trial date (now ignoring my requests). Thieves and scammers, all of them from receptionist to Christina to boss man, Steven F. Miller.
