PROMOTERS BEWARE - Ticketleap is a TOTAL SCAM & FRAUD. 

We engaged ticketleap.com to help promote our event online in early August 2014. We launched our event, promoted our services directly to our client base. Following, waited for payment. But payment never came. Excuses of staff not available, followed by hang ups from customer service to plain old - laughing. 

This company ran by Tim Raybould (President & CEO), Christopher Stanchak (Chairman) & Evan Van Ness (Chief Financial Officer) strive on embezzling money from small businesses. They work together to provide lousy customer service where it sounds like they are hanging the phone out the window and just don't give a crap. 

Well you know what? We don't either! Ticketleap is a small company that has 2 customer crapper agents who are well aware that there just isnt enough business to support officer salary's. This company may pay us eventually...But who cares right? It's been over 18 days from our event and their terms clearly state: "payment would be made in 3-5 business days after the event". We had no chargeback's, no complaints, no issues with our clients. 

You Made a BIG mistake boys, thinking you can screw over small businesses! If you have been Ripped Off by Ticketleap, we want to know. File complaints and join us with a Class Action Suit Against Ticketleap, Inc.
