Sarah at Ticketleap.com has been the best customer service agent I've talked with thus far, if I'm dealing with a company ran by teenagers. Our company held a event and utilizes  ticketleap.com has the e-ticket site. Everything all the way up to event was great… until it was time for the payout… No emails, No Phone Calls, No Social Media post, letting us know are funds were being held up… Nothing! No biggie, I’ll just call after the 3/5 days has passed and even gave an extra 2/3 days… “Oh guest what?” are account is under investigation… (glad I called to find this out…lol) so Sarah told me “well just send over information that shows this event really happen and we will deposit your funds”. Ok cool, I’ll send over the contract from the nightclub my company rented out for the event. A legal binding contract right? WRONG! Sarah said “I didn't see anything on Twitter or Facebook about your event so we can’t issue outa deposit”… huh????

 

So in 2016 Social Media post has more power than Contracts I see.
