I logged onto ticketmaster.com to purchase concert tickets for my daughter and her friend.  The search continually came up "no tickets located, try again".  I would click on "try again".  After a number of attempts I began receiving an ERROR403 message.  I was no longer able to access the website.  Thus my daughter did not get tickets!  However, loads of scalpers got them and promptly posted them on their websites!

I contacted Ticketmaster to file a complaint and was told that they would "unlock" my account.  The customer service supervisor stated that I had tried too many times and the system automatically locks you out.  He said it is to keep scalpers from getting tickets.  I was OUTRAGED!  I told him that it didn't stop scalpers, just honest people like myself!  He forwarded me to another department where they stated they was nothing the could do.  After raising a stink they look my info and IP Address and said they would clear it up.  It is now more than twenty four hours since this occurred and I am still locked out of the ticketmaster website.  They are an awful company.  The problem is they are a monopoly when it comes to ticket sales.  LOUSY customer service, and LOUSY management!

I will be filing a serious complaint with the Executive Offices of Ticketmaster.  I will not allow this company to punish honest people, while scummy scalpers are putting $35 tickets online for $200!!!!
