You mentioned how the one amount was "pulled" FROM your account. It sounds like your "Credit Card" was not actually a credit card at all. But it was actually a "Debit Card" tied to your bank account, this also would include "Pre-Paid" cards as well.
While you can use a Debit Card as a Credit Card, that just identifies how it is processed. It does not change how it is actually treated by your bank, which is not the same as a true Credit Card.
When a Debit Card purchase is made they take an initial "Hold" for the amount. This is where the "PENDING" comes in. After the transaction is complete the company will submit the final amount, this is when the money is actually "pulled" from your account.
Most of the time when they post the final amount they will drop the hold at the same time. But for various reasons this does not always happen. As a result unless you can get Ticketmaster to talk to your bank and get them to release the hold, you are probably going to have to wait until the PENDING transaction drops off automatically. Depending on your bank this is usually between 3-14 days, and if this is a Pre-Paid card it is usually closer to the 14 days than the 3.
