The above is a copy of the posted transaction to my checking account on November 13, 2012 for the show we were suppose to attend tonight (11-24-12).  Mr. Jonah Wallerstein DBA Tickets Plus and Metroentertainment whited out his name from the tickets and mailed them to me as transferrable tickets but they are not.  I was not permitted inside and had to buy other tickets there.

Response from Metro Entertainment

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As a representative from Metro Entertainment I would like to take this opportunity to respond to this customers concerns. Most importantly, Mr. Jonah Wallerstein has been incorrectly named in this matter. Mr. Wallerstein is an individual that sold his unused tickets to Metro Entertainment for this event and Metro
Entertainment resold the tickets to the consumer through the secondary market.  Jonah Wallerstein is not affiliated with Metro Entertainment and is certainly not doing business as Metro Entertainment or Tickets Plus. We request that this
information be redacted from this complaint as the consumer has incorrectly named an individual as a party to this complaint.

Metro Entertainment, Inc. does operate under the name Tickets Plus and we specialize in the secondary ticket market. Metro
Entertainment was the entity responsible for fulfilling this customers order and made the decision to obscure Mr. Wallersteins name on the tickets in order to protect his identity as a private citizen. We were unaware that this would have any negative impact on the validity of the tickets and we regret that an issue occurred when the customer attempted to use the tickets.

It is also unfortunate that the customer did not contact us immediately when he discovered an issue with the tickets. Our customer service department did not receive a phone call or an email from him regarding this matter and it was not until this report was brought to our attention that any problem had even occurred. We would have been able to assist the customer earlier if he had contacted us at the time of the incident. Regardless, we have provided him with a 125% refund of his original purchase price for the inconvenience this has caused. This credit was issued on 12/17/12, however it may take a few days to appear on the credit card statement. If he has any additional questions, we encourage him to contact our customer service
department so we can address those as well and we sincerely hope this resolves the matter.
