Tidebuy.com False advertising- Complete Rip Off China Internet
I ordered a number of jackets and shawls from www.tidebuy.com on the 19th of May. After placing my order I was contacted by the company wanting a copy of my passport and credit card. I felt it rather irregular but supplied them with the details. The items arrived in South Africa three weeks later on the 9th of June. This after all the reviews on their website stating that the items arrived within two days. When I opened the package I received an assortment of items that were the wrong size, wrong colour or things I never ordered. This company advertised on Facebook. Surely after the many complaints here and on scam.com Facebook should be responsible and prohibit them from advertising on their platform unless they are in the scam together. I have sent numerous emails that have all been ignored. I have now placed a warning on my timeline to help my friends avoid this company. This company shod be banned from trading and removed from Facebook immediately- they are ripping many people off!
