In response to TigerDirect's offer of a $20.00 credit toward a future purchase with that company, customer has informed them of the following: KEEP the $20.00 credit. It will never be utilized since customer will never again be doing business with TigerDirect. A $20.00 credit is definitely not worth having to put up with any more of this company. TigerDirect shipped the wrong merchandise in the first place and then went from bad to worse in not returning funds due back to the customer. Since the date of customer's initial report in this posting: After a full 31 days had passed from the date TigerDirect received the returned merchandise, customer ended up officially disputing the charge through customer's credit card company. TigerDirect representatives started taking any action at all ONLY when customer started exposing them publicly. This speaks to the problem.
