I purchased a US modular 1024mb pc3200 ddr 400mhz memory chip from tigerdirect on 2/19/06 which came with a $45 rebate from onrebate.com.

I sent in all my info to them. I found out on March3rd that my rebate was denied because of insufficent documentaion. I called onrebate the same day and was told that my upc didnot match. I was asked if I wanted it researched and I told them yes,I was told to call back on Monday the 6th.

Icalled back and was told to call back on Weds the 8th because researching takes 48hours business days. I called back on the 8th and was told to call back the next day they were looking for my papers.I called back on the 9th and was told they dont have any record of my rebate being researched and the cant find my papers they have been lost. As of now the rebate has already expired.

I wish I had found this site before I made my purchase but I will never buy anything from Tigerdirect again and i am also going to file with the FTC
