I bought a monitor from Tiger based on the price after the rebate. When the monitor arrived, I called Tiger to ask about rebate forms, and I WAS TOLD THE REBATE FORMS WOULD BE MAILED SEPARATELY.
By the time I checked back with Tiger, the rebate window had closed. I was supposed to have downloaded the forms, but I WAS TOLD THE REBATE FORMS WOULD BE MAILED SEPARATELY.
Tiger has told me over the phone that the error was mine. I have recieved no response to my written (snail-mail) letter. My sense is that they want you to miss out, although they claim the rebate isn't from their pockets. IF TIGER HAD GIVEN ME THE CORRECT INFORMATION I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY REBATE.
